Your Next Step after the Foundation Program
It's time to level up
After successfully completing the 6-Week Foundation Program, you’ll progress to our more comprehensive and intense coaching program—The Inner Circle. This advanced program includes 8 specialized 6-week modules of education, with continued training 3 times a week. You’ll maintain regular check-ins every 6 weeks with our trainers, receive weekly feedback, and have your diet consistently managed to ensure your ongoing progress and success.
Personal Training
We will make your sessions more intense and add more complex movements to keep developing your movement patterns and boosting your results.
Nutrition
We deep-dive into your nutrition with a more intense approach and education regards what you eat, drink and also, your supplements in case you need it.
Coaching
You will have an accountability coach and trainer making sure that you follow your unique plan, and keeping you accountable for your own success alongside the full team
Community
Join Seminars, Workshops, outdoor social events, learn from others that were in the same position as you and now achieved their Super-Version. Also, benefits in the shop.

We do your Week 1 Check-In
The Week 1 Check-In is a pivotal moment in your journey, where we take a deep dive into your needs, goals, and overall plan to ensure you're set up for success. During this session, we assess your progress, refine your goals, and discuss any challenges you may face. We also conduct essential measurements to track where you’re starting from and align your nutrition and training strategies accordingly. This check-in ensures that every detail is tailored to your unique needs, giving you the clarity, confidence, and focus to move forward with purpose and momentum.
