Work in teams for the win

A set of tasks will be given for you and your team.

Bodyweight and Cardio Machines

You will be using your body weight and also cardio for the session (might include a bit of running)

Non-Stop Burny Session

This is the most intense session of the week and you will be working on your own pace for the full 45 minutes.

Pairs or Trios Workout

You will be workingwith a partner or 2 during this session
